We were just made aware that Boys Basketball Tryouts will be this Mon-Wed, Sept 29th-Oct 1st from 5:00pm-6:30pm at the Middle School Gym for students in grades 5th-8th.

The softball regional game has been cancelled for tonight. The game will be played tomorrow night but the time is still to be determined.
Girls Basketball Tryouts will be this Friday, September 26, after school from 2:00-4:00pm at the Middle School for girls in the 5th -8th grades.
See You at the Pole

If anyone would like to participate in See You at the Pole, it will be tomorrow morning at 8:00am outside at both school buildings. Also, the regional baseball game scheduled for tonight has been moved to Thursday at 6:15pm, still at Woodlawn, and the regional softball game tonight has been moved to Bluford and will now start at 7:00pm.

The PTO will have another Monster Mash planning meeting at 5:30 PM on Tuesday, September 23, at the Elementary School in the Cafeteria. Please attend if you would like to help.
Since it was too hot for fitness outside, Ms. Abbie's P.E. classes decided to "Just Dance" in the gym! The students had a blast!








To wrap up their social studies chapter on communities, Mrs. Reiter's 3rd graders designed their own puzzles. The idea behind it was “we’re all a part of something bigger”!






Mrs. Piercy’s class is having a fun time working on their literacy and math centers this week!










Friday, September 19, is an 2:00 dismissal and we are meeting in our House Groups so all students will be dismissed from the Elementary School beginning at 1:45 for car riders and bus riders will depart shortly after that. Also, we are no longer under a boil water order at the Elementary School.

Mrs. Harper's 1st Graders and Mrs. Roehm's 4th Graders really enjoyed reading together last week! They are looking forward to more fun collabs this year!

2nd grade S’more Science! Last week, 2nd grade did a step by step writing on making a s’more and created a s’more craft! On Friday to wrap it all up they did s’more science by using the sun to make their s'mores!

Mrs. Reiter’s 3rd graders have been busy with Back-to-School and STEM projects! They enjoyed seeing who could create the tallest tower using index cards and the longest chain only using two pieces of paper!
